1. Information We Collect

We collect registration data (name, email, password hashes), business data (GST numbers, address), analytics (page views, clicks), and chat messages exchanged on the platform.

2. Compliance & Data Exports

Customers and Vendors have the right to request a complete JSON export of their personal data or request deletion of their account records. Requests can be submitted via the account settings tab and are processed within 30 days by our Administration team.
