Welcome to VenueFast. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VenueFast website and applications (the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Accounts and Roles
Users can sign up as Customers or Vendors. Vendors must complete a detailed profile, verify their business identity, and supply a valid GST number where applicable. Admins reserve the right to review, suspend, or terminate accounts that breach registration requirements.
2. Marketplace Bookings and Negotiations
The Platform provides a facility for booking communications, price negotiations, and quote processing. Transactions are made directly between Customers and Vendors. VenueFast is not a party to any contract agreed between users.
3. Prohibited Conduct
Users must not upload false listings, manipulate trust scores, use automated scraper bots, bypass rate limits, or engage in behavior that exposes the platform to security hazards.
