VenueFast – Customer Terms & Conditions

These Terms explain how customers can use VenueFast to discover, compare, enquire about, and request bookings for venues and event-related services.

Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VenueFast, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Section 2

About VenueFast

VenueFast is an online marketplace platform that helps customers discover, compare, enquire about, and request bookings for venues and event-related services.

VenueFast connects customers with third-party venue owners, planners, and service providers. VenueFast does not own, operate, or directly provide the listed venues or services.

Section 3

Customer Account

Customers may need to create an account to save listings, compare venues, request bookings, or use certain features.

Customers agree to provide accurate details, keep login credentials secure, not misuse another person's account, and inform VenueFast if unauthorized access is suspected.

VenueFast may suspend or restrict accounts involved in fraud, spam, abusive behavior, or platform misuse.

Section 4

Accuracy of Customer Information

Customers agree that all information provided, including name, phone number, email, event date, guest count, budget, and event requirements, must be accurate.

VenueFast is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Section 5

Venue and Vendor Listings

Venue details, pricing, photos, availability, capacity, amenities, descriptions, and policies are provided by vendors.

VenueFast tries to verify listings where possible, but customers should confirm final details directly with the vendor before making a booking or payment.

Section 6

Pricing Information

Prices shown on VenueFast may be starting prices, estimated prices, package prices, or vendor-provided prices.

Final pricing may change based on event date, guest count, decoration requirements, catering requirements, additional services, seasonal demand, and vendor terms.

Customers should confirm the final price with the vendor before proceeding.

Section 7

Booking Requests

Submitting a booking request through VenueFast does not guarantee booking confirmation.

A booking is confirmed only when the vendor confirms availability, the customer agrees to the vendor's terms, and any required advance or payment is completed if applicable.

VenueFast may assist in communication, but the final booking agreement is between the customer and the vendor.

Section 8

Platform Role and Limitation

VenueFast acts as a facilitator between customers and vendors.

VenueFast is not responsible for vendor cancellation, pricing changes by vendor, service quality, vendor behavior, event execution, or losses caused by vendor delay, refusal, or service failure.

VenueFast may assist customers by sharing support, vendor details, or dispute-related information where possible.

Section 9

Payments and Platform Fees

If VenueFast enables online payments, customers agree to pay the amount shown at checkout.

VenueFast may charge platform fees, service or support fees, booking convenience fees, or payment gateway charges.

All applicable charges should be shown before payment confirmation.

Section 10

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the vendor.

Customers must check vendor cancellation policy, refund terms, advance payment rules, and date-change policy.

VenueFast is not responsible for refunds unless payment was directly collected by VenueFast and the applicable refund policy allows it.

Section 11

Vendor Communication

Customers may contact vendors through WhatsApp, phone, enquiry forms, booking requests, AI-assisted flows, or other communication features available on VenueFast.

Customers agree not to harass vendors, send spam, share abusive content, misuse vendor contact details, or attempt fraudulent bookings.

Section 12

AI Features Disclaimer

VenueFast may offer AI-powered features such as venue recommendations, event planning suggestions, smart search, AI chat assistant, AI calling, or vendor follow-up features.

AI-generated suggestions are for assistance only. Customers should verify final availability, price, and service details before making decisions.

Section 13

AI Calling / Assisted Communication

VenueFast may use AI or automated systems to contact vendors for availability, pricing, or booking-related information.

Such information is based on vendor responses and may require final confirmation before booking.

VenueFast does not guarantee that AI-collected information is always complete, final, or error-free.

Section 14

Reviews and Ratings

Customers may be allowed to post reviews or ratings after using a venue or service.

Reviews must be honest, based on real experience, non-abusive, non-defamatory, and not fake or misleading.

VenueFast may remove reviews that violate platform rules.

Section 15

Customer Conduct

Customers must not use VenueFast for fraudulent activities, fake enquiries, harassment, misuse of vendor information, uploading harmful content, or attempting to hack or disrupt the platform.

VenueFast may suspend accounts violating these rules.

Section 16

Availability of Services

VenueFast does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, server downtime, or third-party service failures.

Section 18

Data and Privacy

VenueFast may collect customer data such as name, email, phone number, event preferences, booking requests, saved listings, and communication details to provide platform services.

Customer data should be handled according to VenueFast's Privacy Policy.

Section 19

Account Deletion

Customers may request account deletion by contacting VenueFast support or by submitting a deletion request from an authenticated dashboard when available.

Some data may be retained if required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or transaction records.

Section 20

Intellectual Property

All VenueFast branding, logos, website design, text, graphics, and platform features belong to VenueFast unless otherwise stated.

Customers may not copy, reproduce, or misuse VenueFast content without permission.

Section 21

Limitation of Liability

VenueFast is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use of the platform, vendor issues, booking disputes, payment issues, event cancellations, or service delays.

VenueFast's role is limited to providing a platform for discovery, comparison, enquiry, and booking assistance.

Section 22

Indemnity

Customers agree to indemnify VenueFast against claims, losses, or damages caused by misuse of the platform, false information submitted, violation of these terms, or illegal or harmful activity.

Section 23

Changes to Terms

VenueFast may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Continued use of the platform after changes means the customer accepts the updated terms.
